At Australian Thermal Imaging, safety is never optional. Our Test and Tag service ensures your portable electrical appliances meet strict compliance standards and operate safely in the workplace.
We follow a comprehensive process that includes:

• 👀 Visual Inspection — checking for damage, wear, or faults
• 🔌 Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) — using calibrated equipment to perform:

• Earth continuity test
• Insulation resistance test
• Touch current leakage test
• Functional test
• Polarity test (for leads only)

Once testing is complete:

• ✅ Each item that passes is tagged with a safety sticker and a unique barcode for easy tracking
• 📄 You’ll receive a detailed report and compliance certificate for your records
